2. Data PneumaForge may process
PneumaForge may process information you voluntarily provide when contacting the site by email, such as your email address, your name if you choose to include it, and the content of your message.
Hosting and security systems required to keep the website operational may also record technical information such as IP address, access date and time, browser, operating system, requested URL and security-related events.
3. Values entered into calculators
Values entered into PneumaForge calculators are used to perform the requested calculation in the browser. PneumaForge does not require a user account and does not deliberately store those calculator values as personal data for the tools to function.
Where third-party services are active with the required consent, those services may receive technical browsing information according to their own purposes and policies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries: to answer communications voluntarily sent by users. The legal basis is the consent expressed by initiating the communication and, where applicable, steps requested by the data subject.
- Security and operation: to prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, errors and uses that could harm the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available.
- Legal compliance: to meet obligations applicable to the controller.
- Analytics and advertising: where technologies require consent, processing will rely on the consent given through the consent-management system.

Information sent in an enquiry will be retained for as long as needed to handle the request and afterwards for periods necessary to meet legal obligations or address potential liabilities. Technical security logs are retained for periods proportionate to their purpose.

Data may be processed by providers supplying technical services necessary for hosting, security, maintenance, analytics, consent management or advertising, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. PneumaForge does not sell personal data to third parties.
